Opening Campfire
It was short and sweet.
The boys played frisbee as a gathering activity.
The meeting opened at 6:10PM. We had a bonfire and toasted some marshmallows on a beautiful evening up in the Hulett meadow overlooking Glastenbury Mountain. While Scouts and siblings toasted and ate their marshmallows, parents heard about upcoming events for the year, heard from our Popcorn Kernels and received popcorn order forms. We sang the Moose Song and our own Popcorn Song.
The fire burned low, the meeting closed at 7:00PM and families wandered down the hill to their cars.
